Megadeth announced on their official website that they have finished recording their 14th studio album.
“Megadeth has officially finished the recording process of the new album, Super Collider, scheduled to be released in June 2013. Dave Mustaine sang the very last note on the album earlier today at Vic’s Garage studio. The next step in the process is to finish mixing the album,” the band posted.
Throughout the process, the metal legends continually shared behind-the-scenes videos on their YouTube channel, the eighth and ninth versions of which can be seen after the jump.
In other Megadeth news, bassist David Ellefson has been busy outside of Super Collider efforts, as he was a featured artist at the 2013 London Bass Guitar Show earlier this month.
Ellefson taught a master class and signed autographs for several enthusiastic fans. The Jackson signature artist documented his interactions in the clip below.
