When Anthrax’s Scott Ian fell ill with a viral infection last week, the guitarist had to sit out a few shows of his band’s tour with Death Angel and Testament.
Never fear, however, as Rob Cavestany and Ted Aguilar of D.A. stepped to the plate to pinch hit for Ian.
According to reports, Ian was hospitalized near Los Angeles on Jan. 25 and was unable to fly for at least 24 hours, causing him to miss shows in Kansas City and Indianapolis.
