Having just come off the road headlining this year’s Gigantour, Megadeth bassist David Ellefson was recently interviewed by Forrest on V100, via SoundCloud.
In the interview, Ellefson chatted about how he and frontman Dave Mustaine founded Megadeth in Los Angeles 30 years ago and the band’s upcoming tour with Iron Maiden.

Megadeth officially hits the road with Iron Maiden on Sept. 3 in Raleigh, N.C., and the metal heavyweights will play select U.S. dates through the first half of September.
