Washington, D.C.-based prog metallers Periphery have dropped the first single from their upcoming third studio album Periphery III: Select Difficulty, due out July 22.
Served up with a lyric video, “The Price is Wrong” is a fierce and explosive cut that will also serve as the album opener.
“It’s like handing somebody a grenade,” said Periphery guitarist Jake Bowen. “It’s so in-your-face and brutal for us. It was a great way to start.”
