Jackson Welcomes Steve Swanson of Six Feet Under to the Family

By Jeff Owens

January 27, 2009

At long last, guitarist Steve Swanson of legendary outfit Six Feet Under has become an offical Jackson Bloodline family member. Swanson is known for his ruthless riffs and aggressive leads, but he’s also just as famous for his reverse-headstock classic custom Rhoads (recently stolen from his home, along with his amps and guitar collection). Sickening.

We’re building him a replacement custom maple Rhoads right now to replace the one he played as his main guitar for more than 15 years. To top that, we’re proud to welcome him to the Jackson Bloodline family just as new Six Feet Under disc Death Rituals hits stores.

Horns up, Steve!
