Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser made a special guest appearance at a recent Anthrax  show in São Paulo, Brazil, performing the thrash band’s song “Indians” and also a portion of Sepultura favorite “Refuse/Resist.”

Kisser is no stranger to sharing the stage with Anthrax, having first stepped in when Scott Ian took a leave for the birth of his first child in 2011 to perform in Gelsenkirchen, Germany for the “Big Four” event with Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth.

After the 2011 tour wrapped, the band posted their appreciation for the guitarist on their Facebook page, writing, “Words cannot express the feeling of love we have for you. From the first day, you were a part of the family. You were the only choice to fill in for Scott and that decision proved to be the right one. Thank you for being you.”

Five years later and that friendship is still going strong. Watch fan footage of the reunion below.
