In an exclusive interview with Jackson, Megadeth bassist David Ellefson goes into detail about the feature set for his 2016 redesigned X Series Signature David Ellefson Concert CBX IV and CBX V.
“One of the upgrades that we did both for the aesthetics but just as much for the performance of the instrument, is to reposition the five knob control, so that it has a nice contour around the lower body and it’s also out of the way especially for me as a pick player. I like having things that are not going to obstruct my performance area.”
